Patterhn Ives is an award-winning, St. Louis based architecture practice led by Anna Ives, Eric Hoffman, and Tony Patterson. Our historic restoration studio is led by Dale Frens & Carol Quigley; formerly of the nationally recognized office, Frens & Frens.
